Kinga Moras – Olaś

LEGAL COUNSEL

 

Member of the Regional Bar of Legal Counsels in Cracow.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Scholarship holder at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz (Austria). Graduated from the Austrian Law Programme of the Jagiellonian University and the Vienna University. Ph.D. student at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

She gained her extensive professional experience through cooperation with several law firms. She deals with day-to-day complex legal assistance for entrepreneurs, including commercial law companies, as well as housing communities and individuals.

She specializes in labour law and commercial law, with particular emphasis on companies law, including mergers and acquisition as well as civil law.

Marcin Moras

Legal advisor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.

Legal advisor at SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Center at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in tax advisory at the University of Economics in Cracow.

He gained his reach professional experience working for a law firm, IT company and universities in Cracow. He completed a number of training courses on public procurement law. He provided and continues to provide legal services for numerous complex EU-funded projects.

In the years 2010 - 2013 he provided training in the field of labor law and social insurance for students and graduates of the University of Economics in Cracow

He has extensive experience in providing complex legal services to entities of the public finance sector.

He specializes in public procurement law, law on higher education, commercial law, labour law and civil law.

Dr Andrzej Olaś

ATTORNEY AT LAW, Ph.D.

 

Member of the Regional Bar in Cracow.

Ph.D. in Law.

Adjunct Professor at the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Doctoral degree obtained on the basis of a dissertation entitled "Termination of the Civil Proceedings in Contentious Matters" awarded by the Faculty Council of the Jagiellonian with Magna Cum Laude (Honourable Mention).

He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Jagiellonian University on the basis of his dissertation entitled "Arbitration Agreement".

Graduate of the American Law Program of the Jagiellonian University and The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington. Participant of the 17th International Arbitration Moot Competition (he represented the Jagiellonian University in the written stage of the competition).

He completed his attorney's training programme at the Regional Bar in Cracow.

Member of the Scientific Society of the Civil Procedural Law Academics (“Towarzystwo Naukowe Procesualistów Cywilnych”).

In 2010-2015 he cooperated with The Kaczor Klimczyk Pucher Wypiór Law Firms in Cracow and in Warsaw.

Specializations: resolution of the civil and commercial disputes including mediation, litigation and arbitration, real estate and contract law, business and commercial law.

Dr Małgorzata Moras

Ph.D. in law

 

Of counsel. Assistant Professor at the Chair of Administrative Law and Public Procurement Law of  the University of Economics in Cracow.

Experienced Public procurement law trainer and lecturer.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.

She accomplished German Law Programme co-sponsored by the Jagiellonian University,  University of Heidelberg and University of Mainz and the Austrian Law Programme of the Jagiellonian University and the Vienna University. In 2007-2011 she completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

She gained her professional experience as a legal coordinator in the project "National Research Centre for Electromagnetic Radiation (Phase I)" at the Jagiellonian University (March 2013 -) and advising on public procurement law within the framework of EU-funded  projects: "Establishment of a publishing house and a professional portal for the development of business applications of results of studies and research in the field of economic sciences" ,"Diagnosis and development of competencies as a determinant of success in the labour market "and" Certification of women in a disadvantaged professional position".

She specializes in public procurement law and civil law.

Lidia Cieloch 

radca prawny, doradca podatkowy, mediator stały

Członek Okręgowej Izby Radców Prawnych w Krakowie oraz Krajowej Izby Doradców Podatkowych Oddział Małopolski. Wpisana na listę mediatorów stałych prowadzoną przez  Prezesa Sądu Okręgowego w Krakowie. Absolwentka Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Wpis na listę doradców podatkowych uzyskała w 2007 roku, później złożyła egzamin radcowski. Od 2016 roku pełni funkcję mediatora stałego w sprawach gospodarczych, cywilnych i z zakresu prawa rodzinnego. Zajmuje się bieżącą obsługą przedsiębiorców, w tym spółek prawa handlowego, osób fizycznych. Specjalizuje się w prawie podatkowym, prawie gospodarczym, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem windykacji należności oraz w pozasądowym rozwiązywaniu sporów (mediacje i ugody).
