Kinga Moras – Olaś

Member of the Regional Bar of Legal Counsels in Cracow.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Scholarship holder at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz (Austria). Graduated from the Austrian Law Programme of the Jagiellonian University and the Vienna University. Ph.D. student at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

She gained her extensive professional experience through cooperation with several law firms. She deals with day-to-day complex legal assistance for entrepreneurs, including commercial law companies, as well as housing communities and individuals.

She specializes in labour law and commercial law, with particular emphasis on companies law, including mergers and acquisition as well as civil law.

Dr Andrzej Olaś

ATTORNEY AT LAW, Ph.D.

 

Member of the Regional Bar in Cracow.

Ph.D. in Law.

Adjunct Professor at the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

Doctoral degree obtained on the basis of a dissertation entitled "Termination of the Civil Proceedings in Contentious Matters" awarded by the Faculty Council of the Jagiellonian with Magna Cum Laude (Honourable Mention).

He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration in Jagiellonian University on the basis of his dissertation entitled "Arbitration Agreement".

Graduate of the American Law Program of the Jagiellonian University and The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington. Participant of the 17th International Arbitration Moot Competition (he represented the Jagiellonian University in the written stage of the competition).

He completed his attorney's training programme at the Regional Bar in Cracow.

Member of the Scientific Society of the Civil Procedural Law Academics (“Towarzystwo Naukowe Procesualistów Cywilnych”).

In 2010-2015 he cooperated with The Kaczor Klimczyk Pucher Wypiór Law Firms in Cracow and in Warsaw.

Specializations: resolution of the civil and commercial disputes including mediation, litigation and arbitration, real estate and contract law, business and commercial law.
